Summer is quickly upon us!

Perhaps you are like me before any big traveling excursions and think to yourself, “what types of Herbal Formulas would be good to bring along with me, just in case….”

When traveling great distances one must be prepared for the jetleg, insomnia and potential digestive disorders of eating foreign foods. Not only are the formulas affordable they are also extremely effective.

Shui De An – This is a great formula for insomnia do to jetleg. It will help you sleep well without the heavy hang over feeling like other over the counter medications.

Kan Ning – Eat something you shouldn’t have? Kan Ning is quite handy for acute indigestion.

Po Chai Pills – Upset stomach? Nausea? Diarrhea? Po Chai is quick and effective for more serious stomach problems.

Yin Qiao Jie De Wan – First signs of a cold or the flu. Fights symptoms such as these; fever, headache, cough, dryness of the mouth and sore throat.
