The Late Cancel Policy

We know your time is precious, and we truly value you choosing us for your care. We also want to make sure we’re able to help as many people as possible, and that’s where our appointment policy comes in. Think of it as a way we all work together to keep things running smoothly!

Why We Have a Policy (In a Nutshell!)

Imagine a busy restaurant: when a table is reserved and then left empty, it means someone else misses out on a delicious meal. Similarly, when an appointment slot is reserved for you and then goes unused, it means another patient who needs care might not get it. Plus, our team puts time and effort into preparing for each appointment, and last-minute changes can make things a bit tricky for everyone.

Our Friendly Reminder:

To help us keep things fair and efficient, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If we receive less than that, or if you’re unable to make it, we need to charge the full self-pay rate of the appointment.

How We Can All Help Each Other:

• A Little Heads-Up Goes a Long Way: If you know you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as you can! Even a quick call or message makes a big difference.
• Those Handy Reminders:
  • Email Reminders. We send you email reminders to help you remember your appointment.
  • Text Reminders! To help you remember your appointments, we can provide text reminders. Sign up in your patient portal or ask us at the front desk – we’re happy to help! Please note, we only use texts for appointment confirmations and updates, no solicitations.
• Life Happens! We totally understand that unexpected things come up. If you’re facing an emergency, please reach out. We’ll always do our best to work with you.
