Join us in welcoming Hailey Krenz, our newest acupuncturist!
Most of you will recognize Hailey from her excellent work as a Patient Care Coordinator at the front desk while she was going to school to become an acupuncturist. After working diligently to achieve her Masters degree in acupuncture, Selby is proud to welcome Hailey to our provider team!
We caught up with Hailey to get to ask her a couple questions as she sets out on her new career:
- SA: What do you like best about Selby Acupuncture?

- SA: What do you like best about being an acupuncturist?
- HK: “In a world that often feels fast-paced and disconnected, practicing Chinese medicine allows me to facilitate a deeper understanding of self-care, wellness, and the importance of nurturing the mind-body connection.”

Speaking of Hailey, some of you might want to know, what is the educational background of an Licensed Acupuncturist at Selby Acupuncture?
At Selby Acupuncture, we’re proud to offer a team of experienced and dedicated acupuncturists who are passionate about helping you achieve optimal health. As a baseline our providers have undergone 4-6 years of rigorous training, earning either a master’s or doctoral degree in acupuncture and herbal medicine. And while ongoing education is needed to maintain licensure, our providers often go above and beyond in continuing their educational training, even teaching other professionals in the field.
In addition to their national board certification in acupuncture (NCCAOM), many of our acupuncturists have also chosen to become board certified in Chinese herbal medicine. This extra certification demonstrates their commitment to providing comprehensive care and expertise in Chinese medicine.
Three of our providers, Julie, Molly, and Brian, have achieved the prestigious title of Fellows of the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine (ABORM). This international organization recognizes their advanced education and expertise in integrative reproductive medicine.
