About Us

Welcome to Selby Acupuncture! We are an acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine clinic located in St. Paul, MN. Our clinic was formed in 2007 by Julie McCormick, who knew after her own personal healing experiences that her life’s work was in helping people through Chinese medicine. Our group of providers and staff are dedicated to bringing professional and effective Chinese medicine care to our community.

We’re hiring!

  • Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinic assisting in providing quality healthcare? Selby Acupuncture is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator. In this role you will work the front desk, greet patients, help them with insurance questions and assist our providers with room preparation and clerical support.Does the following describe you?
    • Ability to create and maintain a warm, welcoming environment.
    • Familiar or want to learn about Chinese medicine and educate patients about services and products we offer.
    • Able to provide exceptional patient care in a busy setting.
    • Dependable, reliable and take pride in a job well done.
    • Have excellent time management skills.
    • Have a positive attitude and be kind, flexible, dependable, and peaceful.

    Additional Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous reception/office experience required.
    • Medical billing experience a plus.
    • Working knowledge of Mac computers and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Effectively completing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail a must.
    • Demonstrated professionalism handling confidential information.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
