Salmon Patties

These salmon patties are a snap to make. In only 15 minutes you can have a quick and delicious weekday meal. Substitute 1/2 tsp. of dried dill if you don’t have fresh. Try them with tartar sauce. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables.

1/2 lemon, juiced

Sea salt and pepper to taste
