2019 is off to a terrific start and we are excited to introduce some new providers, plus a brand new service!

Welcome Christine!

Many of you have had the pleasure of meeting Christine Grisham, our newest acupuncturist. A native Minnesotan, she spent the last several years practicing in San Jose. She recently returned to the Twin Cities and is excited to share her knowledge and expertise with our community. She especially enjoys treating complex issues, including chronic and autoimmune diseases, mental health, and pain management.

Appointments with Christine can be made for Sundays 9am to 3pm and Mondays 8am to 3:30pm.

Welcome Katie!

We will also be welcoming another full-time acupuncturist in February. Katie Steffensen received her Masters in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle. She uses a variety of techniques and herbal medicine to address many concerns, and especially enjoys treating sports injuries, painful conditions, and women’s health.

Appointments with Katie can be made for Tuesdays 2:30pm to 8pm, Thursdays 8am to 3:30pm, Fridays 8am to 5pm, and Saturdays 9am to 3pm.

Welcome Rachel!

We are thrilled to announce our new Cupping Therapy service! Cupping is an ancient therapy that relieves muscle tension, improves blood flow and circulation, decreases inflammation and helps calm the nervous system.

And of course, with this new service comes our newest provider! Rachel Johnson is a Licensed Acupuncturist who received her Masters from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. She is excited to share her love of Chinese medicine with you through a combination of techniques that are sure to bring pain relief and relaxation.
